This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why it is collected, where it is stored, who can see it, how long it is kept, and how you can access, correct or delete it.

Who is responsible for your information
This website, ninothefilipino.life, is operated by Nino Oliva, a REALTOR® registered in Saskatchewan with Boyes Group Realty Inc., 714 Duchess Street, Saskatoon, SK S7K 0R3.
For any privacy question or request, contact Nino Oliva directly at olivanino.projects@gmail.com or 306 612 0218.
What information is collected
The personal information this website collects is what you type into an inquiry form and submit. Depending on the form, that can include:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your preferred method of contact
- The type of inquiry you selected (buying, selling, investing, building, general)
- Your budget range and timeline, if you select them
- The neighbourhood the inquiry relates to, if you used a neighbourhood form
- The message you write
- The page address on this site the form was submitted from
- The date and time of submission, and your consent to this policy
In addition to information submitted through inquiry forms, the website and its hosting providers may process limited technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, referring page, and security logs for website delivery, protection, and troubleshooting.
This website does not use advertising or analytics tracking cookies and does not have user accounts or logins. This website does not request or store banking details, credit card information, Social Insurance Numbers, identification documents, or credit reports. Please do not submit this information through an inquiry form.
Why it is collected
Your information is used for one purpose: so Nino Oliva can respond to your real estate inquiry and, if you choose to work with him, provide real estate services through Boyes Group Realty Inc.
Your information is not used to send promotional or marketing emails unless you separately and explicitly ask to receive them. Submitting an inquiry form does not subscribe you to anything. Your information is never sold, rented or traded.
Where your information is stored
This website is built and hosted on the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated), which serves the site through Cloudflare's content delivery network.
Form submissions are stored in a Lovable Cloud database, which runs on Supabase (Supabase, Inc.) using PostgreSQL. The database instance used by this site is located in the United States (AWS us-west-2 region). This means your information is stored outside Canada and may be subject to the laws of that country.
A copy of each inquiry is also sent by email to Nino Oliva's business email address, which is a Google Gmail account. That copy is stored on Google's email servers.
Nino Oliva may also record your contact details and inquiry in the tools he uses for his real estate practice with Boyes Group Realty Inc. so he can follow up with you.
Who can access it
Submitted inquiries can be read by Nino Oliva. Staff of Boyes Group Realty Inc. may have access where it is needed to provide brokerage services or to meet the brokerage's record-keeping obligations under Saskatchewan real estate rules.
The service providers named above (Lovable, Supabase, Cloudflare and Google) can technically access the data they host, as any hosting provider can, and are bound by their own terms and privacy commitments. Nobody else is given access.
The website is configured so that the public can only submit a form. Visitors and website code cannot read, list, edit or delete inquiries that have been submitted.
Information may also be disclosed where required by Canadian or Saskatchewan law, a court order, or a lawful request from a regulatory authority.
How long it is kept
Inquiries are kept for as long as needed to respond to you and to serve you as a client. Where a real estate transaction results, the brokerage is required to retain transaction records for the period set out in Saskatchewan real estate legislation.
Inquiries that do not lead to a transaction are kept for no more than three years, after which they are deleted. You can ask for your information to be deleted sooner at any time.
How it is protected
The website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into a form is encrypted in transit. The database enforces access rules that permit the public website to create a new inquiry but not to read any existing one, and stored data is encrypted at rest by the hosting provider.
No method of transmitting or storing information over the internet is completely secure, and no absolute guarantee of security can honestly be given. If a breach affecting your information occurs and creates a real risk of significant harm, you will be notified as required under Canadian privacy law.
Access, correction and deletion
You can ask at any time to see the information held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. You can also withdraw your consent to its use, though this may mean Nino can no longer respond to your inquiry or continue providing services.
Send your request to olivanino.projects@gmail.com, or call 306 612 0218. Requests are answered within 30 days. Identity may need to be confirmed before information is released or deleted. Records the brokerage is legally required to keep cannot be deleted before their retention period ends.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
Children
This website is intended for adults. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. If such information is submitted, it will be deleted on request.

This site links to external profiles and services, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and Google. Those platforms have their own privacy policies, and this policy does not cover what they collect.
