Hi, I’m Nino Jose Oliva — proudly known as Nino the Filipino Realtor.
My real estate career began in the Philippines, where I worked as a licensed real estate professional helping families and investors with their property goals. After moving to Canada, I became licensed in Saskatchewan in 2025. Today, I help buyers, sellers, investors, newcomers, and families building new homes throughout Saskatoon and surrounding communities.
As someone who understands the experience of starting a new life in Canada, I believe real estate guidance should be clear, honest, and personal. Whether you are buying your first home, selling, investing, or building, I will help you understand every step and make informed decisions without pressure — in English or Tagalog.
