- This is a driving neighbourhood — transit is present but not the reason people move here.
What I tell my clients before they buy here
- Custom homes need a careful inspection. A high price tag is not a substitute for one, and I insist on it.
- Landscaping on a large lot is a real cost. On new builds, confirm what is included and what you are inheriting as a project.
- If you are considering building, I will walk the lot with you before you sign with a builder — grading, exposure and future neighbours all matter.
