Getting around
- Attridge Drive and McOrmond Drive connect straight to Circle Drive.
- The University of Saskatchewan is roughly 10 to 15 minutes.
- Transit service is better here than in the newest neighbourhoods, with routes through the area to the university and downtown.
What I tell my clients before they buy here
- Homes are now hitting the age where furnaces, shingles and hot water tanks come due. I factor that into what we offer.
- Basement development quality varies. Permitted, professionally finished space and a weekend project are not worth the same money.
- Well-priced Willowgrove listings do not sit long. If it is the right house, we need to be ready to move.
